	The cast stone Large Clarence Urn from Haddonstone is popular garden container designed for planting flowers. The Large Clarence Urn is an elegant planter which has been inspired by the designs of the Regency period. The Large Clarence Urn has been crafted by Haddonstone as a complementary piece to the popular existing Regency Urn and Trafalgar Urn. The large cast stone garden container has leaf moulding to the rim and gadrooning to the bowl. The elegant Large Clarence Urn is identical in proportion to Haddonstone’s smaller Clarence Urn A215. These elegant garden planters are perfect for placing on one of Haddonstone’s recommended cast stone pedestals or plinths. Clarence House was built between 1825 and 1827 to the designs of John Nash (1752 –1835) - the architect responsible for much of the layout of Regency London.- for the third son of George III, Prince William Henry, Duke of Clarence and his wife Adelaide. Duke of Clarence is a title which has been traditionally awarded to junior members of the English and British Royal families. Nash also played a significant part in the development of Buckingham Palace for George IV.
